  Do not purchase lazy-boy recliners, or recliner couches, warranty is only good for the parts of recliner mechanisms, which break. As well, the wooden structure of seating also breaks within a couple of years of use but is not covered by warranty. Labor costs in either case are not covered.

  Very helpful staff in store. My new sofa arrived Friday, delivered right on schedule in the timeframe promised. Also, delivery guys were lovely and helpful.

  Great sales guy. Very patient and helpful. Pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of accessories such as tables, end tables etc that La-Z-Boy now carries.

  The place is really nice.. The staff is very good.. They take time to explain.. Also the lazboy is very comfy.. I love it.. Hope they last long

  The previous comments are correct the warranty only convers parts and no labor,the leather of my sofas are détective as well one of the two mecanism, good luck to honor your warranty. By the way you only pay for the name it's all made in china.
